Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy (Once Purchased)

All purchases made on Rise The Happy Kids are final and non-refundable. Once a program, webinar, consultation, or digital resource is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Inability to attend or complete a program
  • Lack of expected results
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Personal reasons

This policy applies to:

  • 21-Day Flagship Parent Program
  • One-to-one parent consultations
  • Digital products (eBooks, trackers, forms, downloads)

2. Exception – Lapse from Our Side

A refund will be processed only in the event of a confirmed lapse or failure from our side, such as:

  • Payment processed but access not provided
  • Technical failure preventing access despite timely reporting
  • Cancellation of a paid service by Rise The Happy Kids without an alternative arrangement

In such cases, we will process the refund at the earliest possible time after verification.
